liking the new system where you can message doctor but harder to do appointments that are less important than a emergency on the day

I have received excellent care from Doctors, nurses and reception staff, I can not fault Churchfields at all. I have had many appointments during last 6 months for several reasons and each time has been first class service with hospital appointments coming through very quickly. The reception staff are always helpful and on several occasions have found out information for me and called me back,

I can not think of any improvement needed.
